Can Afghanstian be changed?

I believe all that is necessary for change is for people to believe it can be done. People must sacrifice; some more and some less. Nothing of great value comes easily. If you want more you must give more.

I think change is a tough, tough thing. You're talking about what seems to be the foundation of country. But Gandhi changed India. And Wilberforce changed Britain. It can be done!

I believe in change. It happens. The tough part is not knowing the details...like timeline and the end product, and that's where faith comes in. People (like Ken and Erin) respond with a compassionate heart and a faithful spirit and watch how it all unfolds. The stories of these rebirths (call them changes if you want) are being written...now and always...because God is pretty big and doesn't abandon us.

in order for afghanistan to change (and any other less developed country, for that matter), mindsets need to change. mindsets need to change around the world. because everyone is connected now (through the internet mainly, but also through the advances in "plains, trains, and automobiles") the burden is not with only one country for IT to change. people need to speak up locally to change the way we disperse money, healthcare globally. we also need to hold corporations accountable with what they are selling and how they are marketing it globally. we need to learn what people REALLY need globally (which includes "locally") and begin to taylor our creativity and our industries to be more in line with these needs........in this way, not only afghansitan, but the rest of the world will begin to benefit from itself.......
